Tele-Sales Specialist (Female Only)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele-Sales Specialist to engage with potential customers, build relationships, and drive sales conversions through calls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact and follow up with leads through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements and provide product/project information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Update lead details and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights.
Requirements:
• Experience in Tele-Sales, Customer Service, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Pre-sales experience will be an added advantage.
