Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Conduct cold calls to potential customers from a provided database to introduce services or products.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify prospect needs, qualify them based on criteria, and convert them into sales-ready leads.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-up calls for the sales team.
CRM Management: Accurately log call outcomes, update customer information, and maintain detailed records in CRM software.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed specific daily, weekly, or monthly KPIs (e.g., number of calls, leads generated).
Follow-ups: Nurture potential leads through regular follow-up calls.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company offerings to answer questions and handle objections professionally.
