Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Lead Generation Executive with specialized expertise in managing and converting B2B inquiries on IndiaMART. In this role, you will be responsible for actively monitoring IndiaMART buyer leads, engaging prospective clients immediately, qualifying inquiries, and converting inbound requirements into actionable sales opportunities for our core products/services.

Key Responsibilities

• IndiaMART Dashboard Management: Daily monitoring, filtering, and swift response to all inbound buyer inquiries, RFQs, and Buy Leads on the IndiaMART seller platform.

• Lead Qualification & Follow-up: Reach out to prospective buyers via phone, WhatsApp, and email to analyze their specific requirements, budget, timeline, and order volume.

• Buyer Engagement: Pitch company product offerings, share catalogs, brochures, and initial quotations to meet customer specifications.

• Buy Lead Procurement: Actively search and purchase relevant Buy Leads from IndiaMART using allocated credit balance.

• CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date client records, lead statuses, communication logs, and sales pipelines in the company CRM/Excel.

• Sales Handover & Coordination: Pass highly qualified, warm leads or custom quotation requests to the senior sales team/closing executives and assist in closing deals.

• Performance Tracking: Meet weekly and monthly lead generation, response rate, and conversion targets.
