Job Description

We are hiring International Lead Generation Executives for US-based processes. The role involves outbound calling to generate high-quality leads for US clients while following compliance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Outbound calling to US customers
Lead generation and qualification
Pitching services to potential customers
Updating leads in CRM/Dialer
Achieving daily & monthly targets
Following compliance and call quality guidelines

Requirements

Good English communication skills
Experience in US BPO / Lead Generation preferred
Knowledge of US Insurance, ACA, SSDI, Auto, Debt, or Home Services is a plus
Comfortable with night shifts
Target-oriented mindset

12th Pass / Graduate
