Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through outbound cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach.
Identify and connect with decision-makers including Founders, CXOs, HR Heads, and Business Leaders.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/business development team.
Research companies, target markets, and key contacts.
Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up records in CRM/tools.
Build and manage prospect databases for ongoing campaigns.
Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture potential opportunities.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Key Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Confidence in speaking with senior professionals and business owners.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and MS Office/Google Sheets.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Prior experience in lead generation, tele-calling, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
