Job Description

Book Your Brands is looking for energetic, confident and target-driven Lead Generation & Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy speaking with potential customers, and are motivated to earn attractive incentives through their performance.

This is a 100% office-based sales role involving both inbound and outbound calling, lead generation, customer acquisition and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential clients and handle inbound sales enquiries.

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, prospecting and regular follow-ups.

• Pitch and sell Book Your Brands' video editing, social media and digital marketing services.

• Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable packages and convert enquiries into paying clients.

• Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

• Achieve individual monthly sales targets of at least ₹10,00,000 (₹10 lakh).

• Maintain daily call reports, lead pipelines, CRM updates and sales conversion records.

• Build and maintain professional customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Salary, Targets & Incentives

• Monthly Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000, depending on experience, performance and applicable incentives.

• Monthly Sales Target: Minimum ₹10,00,000 in achieved sales.

• Performance Incentive: ₹20,000 incentive becomes applicable only upon achieving a minimum of ₹10,00,000 in monthly sales.

• Incentives are strictly performance-based and are not guaranteed.

• Additional earning opportunities may be available for exceptional sales performance, subject to company policy.

Important: Candidates must be comfortable working with monthly revenue targets. Incentive eligibility is linked to actual sales achievement, not merely the number of calls or leads generated.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, lead generation or business development preferred.

• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.

• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound sales calls.

• Target-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to achieve sales goals.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.

• Experience selling digital marketing, advertising or creative services will be an added advantage.
