Manage and develop relationships with key corporate clients and channel partners.
Drive motor insurance premium growth through existing and new accounts.
Acquire new corporate and retail business through dealerships, brokers, and strategic alliances.
Ensure timely policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination.
Monitor account performance and prepare regular business reviews.
Negotiate commercial terms and service-level agreements with clients.
Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to deliver seamless customer service.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Resolve customer escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
