Roles & Responsibilities:-
Handle DP calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally
Respond to DP queries and provide accurate information
Maintain healthy and professional relationships with DP
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution and service support
Maintain records, MIS reports, and DP data accurately
Ensure timely communication and DP satisfaction
Support team members in day-to-day operational activities
Adhere to company policies and process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills:-
Any Graduate from a recognized university
Fresher’s are welcome to apply
Candidates with good communication skills will be preferred
Immediate joiners preferred Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
