Key Responsibilities
● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
● Understand client business needs and provide suitable solutions
● Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of services
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships
● Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
● Pitch additional services/products to existing clients
● Track account performance and revenue growth
