Job Description:
Key Account Manager (KAM)
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 56
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 3–8 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with key customers.
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Monitor account performance and achieve sales targets.
Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented with excellent client-handling abilities.
