CTC - 4 L to 6 L/yr depending on experience.

(80% fixed and 20% variable get at every quarter)

Inside Sales Representative (ISR) in IT( COMPUTER HARDWARE SALES)

This profile is a sales role focused on generating business and managing client relationships remotely.

Primary Duties:

Generating demand for IT products, services, and solutions.

Conducting cold calls to potential clients to find new sales opportunities.

Maintaining a database of leads and regularly updating CRM systems.

Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and revenue goals.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in an Inside Sales Representative role, often within the IT industry.

Proficiency in demand generation and cold calling techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
