Kiaan Technology Private Limited is hiring Telecallers to join our team in Indore.

POSITION: Telecaller

JOB TYPE: Full-Time | Work From Office
EXPERIENCE: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
EDUCATION: Minimum 12th Pass
SHIFT: Day Shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling
• Introduce clients to our software and digital marketing services
• Understand basic client requirements
• Follow up with potential clients
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations
• Maintain lead and call records
• Support the sales team in achieving targets

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Minimum 12th Pass
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills
• Basic English communication required
• Confident and professional approach
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills
• Telecalling or customer handling experience is an advantage

Candidates from Field Sales, Real Estate Executive, Real Estate Sales, FMCG Field Sales, Insurance Field Sales, Retail Field Sales, or other outdoor/field-sales backgrounds are requested NOT to apply.

This position is specifically for Telecalling and Inside Sales. Candidates looking for field-sales or outdoor-sales jobs should not apply.
