Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Inside Sales Executive who is fluent in English and has strong client communication and deal-closing skills. The role focuses on lead generation, client outreach, follow-ups, and closing IT service deals through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services (Web, Mobile App, Software, Digital Marketing, etc.)
Actively reach out to potential clients via emails (bulk & personalized), LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, and other digital channels
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into qualified meetings and closures
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or spreadsheets
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
Continuously hustle to hunt new clients and explore untapped markets
Required SkillsFluent spoken (mandatory)
Strong convincing, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
Experience in IT services sales or B2B sales preferred
Hands-on experience with bulk emailing tools, LinkedIn outreach, and lead databases
Confident in cold calling and follow-ups
Target-driven mindset with a strong hunger for growth
Basic understanding of IT services and outsourcing models
Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience selling IT services to India / International clients
Familiar with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, Email automation tools
Self-driven, aggressive in sales, and result-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or agency environment
