Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales of SaaS products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Pitch SaaS products and services to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM/software.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of SaaS, IT, or software sales.
Experience in telesales and client handling.
Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Knowledge of CRM tools will be an advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
