Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers (transport companies), introducing them to TransBill Book, and generating demo sessions that may lead to successful conversions. This is a performance-driven position offering excellent earning potential through attractive commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers (transport companies) and introduce Flint Infotech’s TransBill Book product.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and its value to transport businesses.
• Schedule and coordinate product demo sessions with interested customers.
• Assist in conducting or facilitating demo sessions in collaboration with the product team.
• Follow up with prospects to address queries and move them through the sales funnel.
• Close deals by converting demos into confirmed customers.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, demos, and conversions for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently explain product benefits and handle objections.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
• Prior experience in telecalling/sales (preferably B2B) will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of the transport/logistics industry is a plus.
Compensation:
• This role is commission-based.
