📍Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
⏱️ Shift: Fixed Night Shift – 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
📆 Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
💰 Salary: Rs 15k - 20k per month
📅 Batch Joining: Immediate
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in the US.
✅ Assist customers with healthcare-related queries and provide appropriate information.
✅ Communicate professionally and effectively with international customers.
✅ Maintain accuracy and follow defined process guidelines.
✅ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
✅ Meet process-specific quality and performance standards.
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ HSC Pass / Graduate
✔️ Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
✔️ Good English communication skills are required
✔️ Comfortable working in a night shift
✔️ Candidates should have a customer-service-oriented approach
🔹 Training Details:
✔️ Training Duration: 5 Days
✔️ Training Stipend: ₹100 per day
✔️ Candidates must successfully complete the training and clear the final certification call to proceed further.
