We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Associate to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth process execution. The ideal candidate will handle data processing, transaction management, documentation, and coordination tasks as per defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry, documentation, or backend processing tasks accurately and within deadlines
Review and validate information for completeness and accuracy
Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards
Communicate with internal teams or clients (via email/chat/calls) to resolve queries or discrepancies
Generate reports and maintain records as required
Identify process improvement opportunities and escalate issues as needed
Meet daily/weekly performance metrics and SLA targets
