Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential international customers.

• Promote products and services and generate sales.

• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.

• Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain customer records and follow up with prospective clients.

• Ensure professional communication and adherence to process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or international sales.

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working in the UK shift.
