Stands Pro is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, nurturing prospects, and driving sales of exhibition stands and related services in international markets, primarily Europe and the UK.
Make outbound calls to prospective international clients to promote our exhibition stand services.
Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the business development team.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain a database of potential and existing customers using CRM software.
Follow up on leads and conduct regular prospect nurturing activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Work closely with the design and operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
Report daily/weekly progress to the Sales Manager.
Proven experience in international telesales or telemarketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with the exhibition or events industry is a big plus.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
