Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international clients, provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer queries efficiently, and maintain high standards of professionalism and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Neutral or clear accent with strong listening skills.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Prior experience in an International BPO/Call Center is preferred but not mandatory.
