Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals for an International Voice Sales process. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls with international customers, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound/inbound international calls to potential and existing customers

• Pitch products/services and close sales effectively

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

• Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

• Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally

• Ensure high-quality communication and customer experience

• Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English

• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities

• Prior experience in international voice sales preferred

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

• Ability to work in rotational/night shifts

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Education:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on experience)

Preferred Experience:

• 0–5 years in international BPO/voice sales process

• Experience in cold calling or lead generation is a plus
