International Sales Executive | Customer Support | Team Leader | Global BPO Operations

Job Role

We are hiring experienced professionals for International Sales, Customer Support, Team Leader, and Global Business Process Operations with leading multinational organizations.

Experience

- 6 months to 5 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in International Sales, Customer Support, International Voice Process, Telesales, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Upselling, Customer Success, Medical Billing, or Team Management is preferred.

- Leadership experience is mandatory for Team Leader openings.

Qualification

- 10th Pass / 12th Pass / PUC / Undergraduate / Graduate (Role dependent)

Salary

- ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month

- Attractive performance incentives for eligible roles.

- Salary offered based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Work Location

📍 North & South Bangalore (Multiple Locations)

Shift

- US / UK / Australia / Rotational Shifts (Role dependent)

Working Days

- 5 or 6 Days Working

- Rotational Week Offs (Role dependent)

Cab Facility

- Transportation provided as per company policy.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with international customers through voice, chat, or email channels.

- Build strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service and support.

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services where applicable.

- Generate leads, manage appointments, achieve sales targets, and maintain high productivity.

- Ensure compliance with quality, process, and performance standards.

- Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems.

- For Team Leader roles, manage team performance, coach advisors, monitor KPIs, and drive operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Strong customer service, sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM and business applications.

- Flexible to work in international shifts.

- Immediate joiners and candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred.
