Key Responsibilities
• Connect with warm leads (clients who have already shown interest) through outbound calls
• Schedule and conduct virtual video meetings with prospects
• Deliver live product demonstrations by sharing your screen
• Explain platform features, tools, and benefits clearly
• Guide clients on how they receive automated tender/project alerts via email
• Handle client queries and assist them in purchasing annual subscription plans
• Build strong client relationships and maintain professional communication
