Job Description: International BPO Executive

Company: iPlanet BPO Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Location: 605, Quantum Towers, Opp. Swami Vivekananda Road, Malad, Nadiyawala Colony 2, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:10 AM (Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA for various lead generation campaigns.

Effectively communicate and promote company products/services to potential customers.

Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to drive business success.

Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines while handling customer data.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Prior experience in international BPO (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Willingness to work night shifts.
