International Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven International Sales Executive to handle B2B sales across global markets. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining long-term relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate international B2B leads

Connect with buyers via calls, emails, and online platforms

Pitch company products/services to global clients

Negotiate prices and close deals

Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to conversion

Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships

Work on platforms like Alibaba, IndiaMART, and other B2B portals

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with operations and support teams for order execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Confidence in handling international clients

Basic knowledge of B2B sales and export processes

Ability to work in target-driven environment

Good understanding of email communication and client handling

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)

Experience in international sales / export sales

Knowledge of B2B platforms (Alibaba, TradeIndia, Global Sources)

Understanding of Incoterms, payment terms, and shipping basics

Experience in lead conversion and deal closing

Knowledge of digital sales tools and LinkedIn outreach

Education:

Graduate in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
