Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident International Telecaller with good communication skills in English. The candidate should have proper product knowledge, be proficient in email communication, and be able to handle international clients professionally. comfortable in rotational shift

Key Responsibilities:

Handle international customer calls professionally
Explain products and services clearly to clients
Maintain proper product knowledge
Respond to customer queries through calls and emails
Follow up with clients and maintain records
Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements
Maintain good customer relationships

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English
