Experience: 0-3 years

Education: Graduate and undergraduate both can apply

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to US-based clients to promote and sell technical support services

 Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant solutions

 Handle inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally

 Maintain high call volume and achieve sales targets

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships

 Update CRM records and daily reports regularly

 Work calmly under pressure and deliver consistent performance
