HIRING FOR INTERNATIONAL VOICE EXECUTIVE – AUSTRALIAN TELECOM
📍 Location: Newtown, Kolkata
💼 Process: Australian Telecom
👨💼 Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month (depends upon last salary & relevant experience)
🎯 Attractive Performance Incentives
⏰ Shift: Fixed Morning Shift | 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week
🚗 Facility: Morning Home Pickup (Subject to Location)
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred
💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Handle international voice calls for the Australian Telecom process
• Engage with customers and understand their requirements
• Promote and sell telecom products/services
• Handle customer objections through effective negotiation and persuasion
• Maintain high-quality customer interactions and process compliance
✅ ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS
• 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in International Sales / Voice BPO
• International sales experience in Telecom domain (Australia / UK / US) preferred
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
• Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills
• Comfortable working in a fixed morning shift
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
