We're Hiring: Senior Website Consultant – Website Sales (International B2B Process)
Location: Kolkata | Shift: 6 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon to Fri) / Shift : 8 PM - 5 AM (Mon to Fri)

Key Responsibilities(International BPO Sales Role)

• Handle high-volume outbound international B2B sales calls to business owners and decision-makers.

• Pitch website and digital marketing services to overseas clients and close sales over the phone.

• Drive revenue by converting cold leads into paying customers through effective objection handling and negotiation.

• Maintain strong follow-up cycles to maximize conversions and repeat business.

• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets in a performance-driven BPO environment.

• Update CRM systems with accurate call logs, client status, and sales records.

• Coordinate with internal delivery teams only after deal closure (No technical development work involved).

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO / International Voice Process Sales (mandatory).

• Prior experience in website sales or digital services sales to international clients (B2B process preferred).

• Proven track record of closing deals over outbound calls in US / UK / Australian market.

• Strong fluency in spoken English with neutral or international accent.

• Hands-on experience in cold calling, objection handling, and revenue-driven sales process.

• Comfortable working in Australian Shift (6 AM -3 PM)or USA Shift(8 PM – 5 AM).

• Target-oriented mindset with experience working under monthly revenue goals.

• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining sales records.

Important Eligibility Criteria

Only candidates with International BPO Sales / International Voice Sales experience will be considered.

This is strictly a sales (voice process) role — not for developers, designers, SEO executives, or backend technical profiles.
