Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month + Attractive Incentives
Shift: Fixed Morning Shift (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Facility: Morning Home Pickup (Subject to Location)

Required:

· 6 Months – 2 Years of experience (Mandatory Australian Solar Energy Sales).

· Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

· Comfortable working in a fixed morning shift.

· Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.

· Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound sales calls to residential and business customers in Australia.

· Understand customer Solar energy requirements and recommend suitable plans.

· Explain pricing, offers, and product benefits effectively.

· Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

· Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

· Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

· Collaborate with Team Leaders and Quality Analysts to improve performance.
