About the Company :

Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to generate leads
Maintain lead data and Update CRM Records
Responsible for dealing with U.S customers
Handle customer queries and objections
Explain features and benefits clearly
Requirements :
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Fluent English and excellent communication skills
Willingness to work in US shift (night shift in India)
Confidence while speaking with customers
Basic CRM or call handling knowledge
Self-driven, target-focused, and eager to learn
