We are seeking a results-driven International Lead Generation & Inside Sales Executive to fuel our global sales pipeline. You will identify, qualify, and nurture prospects for our tech services across international markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.), schedule meetings for the business team, and contribute to consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities in international markets via LinkedIn, email outreach, online directories, and prospect databases.
• Research, target, and qualify leads based on ideal client profiles (B2B businesses, startups, agencies, etc.)
• Craft compelling email/LinkedIn messages and cold call scripts to initiate conversations.
• Schedule discovery calls and product/service presentations for the business development team.
• Maintain and manage CRM tools with lead status, notes, and follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments booked.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for outbound campaign strategies and client acquisition funnels.
• Build long-term relationships with prospects even if they're not immediately sales-ready.
• Provide weekly reports and insights on market response and prospect quality.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in international lead generation• or inside sales for tech/digital service companies.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (like HubSpot or Zoho), and email marketing tools.
• Cold calling and cold emailing confidence — ability to pitch over call/Zoom if required.
• Basic understanding of services like websites, digital marketing, SEO, or SaaS is a huge plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
