Job Responsibilities • Make outbound and inbound calls to customers/leads. • Explain company services clearly and professionally. • Generate leads and maintain follow-ups. • Maintain call records and update CRM system regularly. • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. • Coordinate with internal teams for processing cases. • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. • Build positive relationships with customers. Requirements • Minimum 6 months experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales. • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory). • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM usage). • Good convincing and listening skills. • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Preferred Candidate • Candidates with Finance / Loan / Banking / Insurance background will be given preference. • Experience in BPO or telesales process is an advantage.
