We are looking for a International BPO Executive to join our team at Xelcis Technology Private Limited. The role involves international calling and convincing customers for sales as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹12000 - ₹35000.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls for the Australian Energy Process.
Communicate energy plan details clearly and professionally to customers.
Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly performance targets.
Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.
Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer experience.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
