Key Responsibilities:
● Handle renewal conversations with existing customers via calls, emails, and CRM tools
● Ensure timely renewal of subscriptions/contracts
● Follow up with customers before and after renewal dates.
● Address customer queries, concerns, and objections related to renewals.
● Maintain accurate records of interactions and renewal status in CRM.
● Meet or exceed monthly renewal and revenue targets.
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth renewal processing.
● Provide basic product information and upsell/cross-sell where applicable.
Location - Ghatkopar west, Mumbai
Working days- 6 days
Working hours - 10pm - 7am
Work setup- In office
