About the Role:-
We’re hiring for an International process. This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing both communication and backend responsibilities professionally.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle international B2C customer interactions.
Draft professional and structured email communications for global clients.
Understand customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams for smooth process flow.
Skills & Requirements:-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in BPO/International process is an advantage but not mandatory.
