We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Outbound Lead Generation Executives to join our growing team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and maintaining accurate prospect information.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to engage customers professionally over the phone. Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, telesales, or international BPO processes will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided database.

Identify prospective

customers and generate quality business leads.

Follow up with potential leads and maintain proper lead status.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.

Handle customer interactions professionally and build positive relationships.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and persuasive communication style.

Good listening and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Prior experience in outbound calling, lead generation, telesales, or BPO is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Candidates with international/US voice process experience will be preferred.
