Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers for our US Healthcare process. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls with US customers, explaining healthcare-related products/services, and generating sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
### Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to US customers regarding healthcare products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
• Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines for US healthcare processes.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and support team when required.
### Required Skills
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts.
• Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement capability.
• Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, or US healthcare sales is preferred.
### Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.
• Freshers can apply.
• Experienced candidates in international BPO or healthcare sales will have added advantage.
