Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International BPO (US Process)

Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for our International BPO – US Process. The candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver high-quality service while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for US clients

• Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Meet quality and productivity targets

• Follow company policies and communication guidelines

• Provide excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills

• Minimum 12th pass

• Minimum 3 months experience of International calling candidates candidates can apply

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts(US timings)

• Basic computer knowledge required

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
