We are looking for a International BPO Executive to join our team at Expect More Bpo Solutions Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote residential/commercial properties
Handle inbound inquiries from leads generated via ads, portals, and campaigns
Explain property details such as location, pricing, amenities, and payment plans
Qualify leads based on customer requirements and budget
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Follow up regularly with interested prospects to close deals
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM
Address customer queries and resolve basic objections professionally
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
