Role Summary:
The Insurance Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to potential customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through referrals, field visits, and other sales activities.
Meet prospective customers and explain insurance products and benefits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Assist customers with policy documentation and application processes.
Follow up on policy renewals and customer inquiries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Keep updated on insurance products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and submit sales reports as required by management.
