Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explain motor insurance products, and convert leads into sales.
Customer Service: Handle inbound/outbound calls, answer queries about policies, premiums, and coverage, and assist with renewals and claims.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motor insurance products, features, and industry trends.
Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions, update databases (CRM), and process applications.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Communication: Excellent verbal skills, persuasive, and convincing.
Sales Acumen: Negotiation, closing skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Customer Focus: Service-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Technical: Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM software.
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or insurance is often preferred.
Education: High school diploma minimum; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Work Environment:
Often involves fixed + incentive-based pay.
Full-time, day shift, potentially 6 days a week.
Can involve both cold calling and following up on existing leads.
