Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, and digital channels.

• Meet prospective clients to understand their financial protection and insurance requirements.

• Recommend appropriate life, health, motor, or general insurance products based on customer needs.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and cross-selling opportunities.

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and policy documentation.

• Assist customers throughout the application, underwriting, and policy issuance process.

• Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Resolve customer queries and provide post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
