Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telesales Executive to join our Insurance sales team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have strong communication skills, and be passionate about achieving sales targets through outbound/inbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products

• Handle inbound customer queries and convert leads into sales

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Accurately update customer details and sales records in the system

• Follow up with interested customers to close sales

• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations

Requirements:

• Age: 20 to 30 years

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in B2C telesales or insurance sales preferred

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Basic computer knowledge

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Working Days & Time:

Monday to Saturday

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
