We are looking for a Insurance Sales to join our team at AASAANJOBS PRIVATE LIMITED. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹18,000 - ₹26,000.
Key Responsibilities:
● Cross sell Conversions: Ensure highest conversion from the assigned applications
● Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
● CRM Management: Utilize the CRM system to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions.
● Achieving minimum 45 Insurance sales / month
● Dial 150-200 calls daily and ensure a quick turn around time.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
