Insurance Sales Executive / Insurance Advisor
Identify potential clients through leads, referrals, and networking.
Explain and sell life insurance, health insurance, term plans, and investment-linked policies.
Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for renewals, upselling, and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
Participate in regular training sessions and sales development programs.
Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met accurately.
Provide excellent post-sales service and handle customer queries efficiently.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
Basic understanding of financial and insurance products.
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
