KRA – Telesales Executive (IndiaPro Supplies)
1. Lead Follow-up & Order Closing
Call and follow up with all leads received from IndiaMART and other sources daily.
Convert maximum inquiries into confirmed orders.
Maintain regular communication with customers until order closure.
Update the status of each lead (Hot / Warm / Cold / Closed) in Excel daily.
2. Lead & Data Management
Maintain a proper Excel sheet of all leads with details – customer name, contact number, product required, quotation sent, follow-up date, and closing status.
Keep records updated daily and share reports with the Sales Head.
3. Product Knowledge
Understand basic details of company products (use, size, material, and pricing).
Explain products clearly to customers during calls.
Stay updated on new products and pricing changes.
4. Communication & Customer Handling
Communicate politely and professionally with all customers.
Handle customer queries, objections, and payment-related questions.
Build trust to get repeat business.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the Sales Head and Dispatch Team for smooth order processing.
Share the daily call and follow-up report by the end of the day.
Inform management of any potential bulk orders or customer issues immediately.
Performance Measurement (Monthly Basis)
Number of calls made and follow-ups done.
Number of orders closed and total sales value.
Accuracy and maintenance of Excel data.
Quality of communication and professionalism.
