Position: Telecaller (Health Insurance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our Health Insurance team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining health insurance plans, and assisting them in choosing suitable policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Explain health insurance plans, benefits, coverage, and policy features to customers.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance solutions.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.

Maintain accurate customer details and call records.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

Good communication skills and a confident speaking ability.

Basic knowledge of health insurance products is preferred.

Sales or telecalling experience will be an advantage.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
