_Role:_ Renewal Executive – Motor Insurance

_Responsibilities:_

- Call existing motor insurance customers for policy renewal 📞

- Explain renewal benefits, premium amount & policy details

- Follow up with customers and close renewals on time

- Update customer data & maintain renewal records 📝

- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation

_Requirements:_

- Experience in renewal/sales/voice process required 👨‍🎓
