About the Role:
Looking for motivated individuals to join as Insurance Sales Consultants. Fully remote, flexible-timing role — ideal for students, homemakers, working professionals, or anyone wanting a genuine side income or a full-time sales career.

Compensation:

• Earn up to 30% commission on every sale you close

• [VERIFY BEFORE POSTING] After 3-4 months of consistent performance, transition to ₹19,000 fixed salary + 30% performance commission

• With just 1-2 hours a day, consistent performers can build toward ₹30,000+ per month — earning potential increases with time invested and closed sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential customers to understand their financial/insurance needs
